Job Description / Responsibility
- Maintain office filing system and take direct role in office administration.
- Organize internal and external meetings.
- Set up appointments.
- Collect necessary information and promptly report office activities directly to Chief Representative.
- Assist Executive, Admin and Accounts in Accounts and administrative works.
- Attend phone calls, update phone book.
- Attend guest and clients, follow-up of customers, event management.
- Compose and Data Entry.
- Send or receive fax / email, letters.
- Ticket booking and other admin related activities
Educational Requirements
Graduate, A Level
Experience Requirements
- 1 to 2 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Front Desk, Personal Secretary, Reception, Telephone Operator
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 20 to 25 year(s)
- Excellent computer skills in MS Word and Excel. PowerPoint is not a must, good to have.
- Good written communication skill both in English and Bengali.
- Proficient in English speaking.
