Job Description / Responsibility
  • Maintain office filing system and take direct role in office administration.
  • Organize internal and external meetings.
  • Set up appointments.
  • Collect necessary information and promptly report office activities directly to Chief Representative.
  • Assist Executive, Admin and Accounts in Accounts and administrative works.
  • Attend phone calls, update phone book.
  • Attend guest and clients, follow-up of customers, event management.
  • Compose and Data Entry.
  • Send or receive fax / email, letters.
  • Ticket booking and other admin related activities

Educational Requirements
Graduate, A Level

Experience Requirements
  • 1 to 2 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Front Desk, Personal Secretary, Reception, Telephone Operator

Additional Job Requirements
  • Age 20 to 25 year(s)
  • Excellent computer skills in MS Word and Excel. PowerPoint is not a must, good to have.
  • Good written communication skill both in English and Bengali.
  • Proficient in English speaking.
